Whole-System Heating Across Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster
Sixteen services here, which is a lot to scan. They fall into five groups — heat pumps, whole systems, flushing, radiators and cylinders. Find the group that matches your problem and work down from there.
The thread running through all of it: we design before we fit. Every heat pump and full system starts with a room-by-room heat loss survey, scanned with LiDAR and run through Heat Geek's design software, so the system matches your house rather than a rule of thumb.
All prices include VAT and apply to our standard rate area. Band A postcodes are slightly higher — check yours on our rates page.
Heat pumps
- Air Source Heat Pump Installation — full ASHP installation designed around a room-by-room heat loss survey. Heat Geek Assured, so the system is sized properly rather than oversized as a safety margin. Grant-funded installations available through Heat Geek's Zero Disrupt and Black Label routes.
- Air Source Heat Pump Service — annual servicing to hold designed efficiency and keep the manufacturer warranty valid. £240.
- Air Source Heat Pump Repair — F-Gas certified diagnosis of refrigerant and electrical faults. £240 covering the first hour. Frost on the outdoor unit in winter is usually normal — that page explains when it isn't.
- Air Source Heat Pump Service Plans — the annual service spread across monthly payments, with priority booking and 10% off labour.
Whole systems
- Central Heating Installation — heat source, pipework, radiators and controls designed together as one system. For new systems, full replacements, or setups patched so many times that replacing the parts individually stops adding up.
- Heat Geek Heat-Loss Survey and System Design — every room scanned with LiDAR, then run through Heat Geek's design software for a true heat loss figure per room. The step most installers skip, and the one that decides your running costs.
- Heating System Repair — system-wide faults. No heat at all, boiler lockouts, pressure that keeps dropping, frozen condensate. £114 covering the first hour.
- Heating System Maintenance — boiler, cylinder and controls serviced together rather than one appliance in isolation. For a system that still works but isn't quite right.
System flushing
Sludge and limescale block flow, leave radiators cold at the bottom, and make the boiler work harder than it should. Three options, all covering up to ten radiators and chemicals.
- Mains Flush — mains pressure clears loose debris. The entry-level option for a system that's basically healthy. From £390.
- MagnaCleanse Flush — magnetic cleaning that pulls black iron oxide out as it circulates. From £510.
- Power Flush — full machine flush with MagnaCleanse incorporated. The most thorough of the three. From £750.
Most manufacturers require the system cleaned before a new boiler for the warranty to stand.
Radiators
- Radiator Installation — a radiator where there wasn't one. Extensions, loft and garage conversions, or a room that's always relied on borrowed heat.
- Radiator Replacements and Upgrades — swapping a failed, corroded or undersized radiator. Sized against the room's real heat loss, which matters far more on a heat pump running at lower flow temperatures.
Unvented cylinders
- Unvented Cylinder Installation — mains-pressure hot water throughout the property.
- Unvented Cylinder Service — the annual check that keeps it safe and the warranty valid. Never done alone — £174 with a boiler service, or included in the £240 heat pump service.
- Unvented Cylinder Repairs — expansion vessels, discharge valves, immersion heaters and thermostats.
- Unvented Cylinder Replacement — sized to your household's actual hot water demand rather than replacing like for like.

What our customers say
What a brilliant firm!! Had a failed heating system (Air Source Heat Pumps) and found Chris on line. His web site allowed the booking of a visit with up front details of likely costs. There was only one day between contact and visit and the response to my initial text re the problem was immediate, really reassuring. Extremely fair pricing with no outlandish prices for spare parts. Text sent out to say Chris on his way and you can also follow his arrival on your phone. In this day and age real service!
Annual service to 2 boilers
I have used Uber for the last 5 years, initially for boiler installation and therafter for annual servicing and to flush the system a couple of years ago. Chris is always very professional and thorough in the work he carries out.
