Boilers and Gas

Gas Safe registered work on boilers and gas appliances, from an annual service through to a full replacement.

• Boiler Installation — a new boiler where there wasn't one, or a change of system type. Sized on a room-by-room heat loss calculation rather than the old boiler's rating. From £2,200.
• Boiler Replacement — swapping a failing boiler for a new one. We'll tell you honestly whether a repair still makes more sense first.
• Boiler Service — annual service including system water testing, combustion analysis and a written record. Keeps your manufacturer warranty valid. £114.
• Boiler Repairs — pressure loss, ignition failure, no hot water, lockouts. £114 covering the first hour, then 15-minute increments.
• CP12 Gas Safety Inspection — the landlord gas safety certificate. Every gas appliance checked and certified. £114, or £186 combined with a boiler service.
• Boiler Service and Care Plans — four tiers, spreading your annual service across monthly payments with priority booking and reduced repair rates.

Whole-system work — heat pumps, pipework, radiators, cylinders and controls.

Heat pumps

• Air Source Heat Pump Installation — designed around a LiDAR heat loss survey, not guesswork. Grant-funded installations available through Heat Geek's Zero Disrupt and Black Label routes.
• Air Source Heat Pump Service — annual servicing to hold designed efficiency and keep the warranty valid. £240.
• Air Source Heat Pump Repair — F-Gas certified diagnosis of refrigerant and electrical faults. £240 covering the first hour.
• Air Source Heat Pump Service Plans — the annual service spread monthly, with priority booking and 10% off labour.

Systems and design

• Central Heating Installation — the whole system designed together: heat source, pipework, radiators and controls.
• Heat Geek Heat-Loss Survey and System Design — every room scanned with LiDAR and run through Heat Geek's design software. The step most installers skip.
• Heating System Repair — system-wide faults. No heat, lockouts, pressure loss, frozen condensate. £114 covering the first hour.
• Heating System Maintenance — boiler, cylinder and controls serviced together rather than one appliance in isolation.

Flushing

• Mains Flush — mains pressure clean for a system that's basically healthy. From £390, up to ten radiators.
• MagnaCleanse Flush — magnetic cleanse pulling black iron oxide out as it circulates. From £510.
• Power Flush — full machine flush with MagnaCleanse incorporated. The most thorough of the three. From £750.

Radiators

• Radiator Installation — a radiator where there wasn't one. Extensions, loft and garage conversions.
• Radiator Replacements and Upgrades — swapping a failed, corroded or undersized radiator, sized against the room's real heat loss.

Unvented cylinders

• Unvented Cylinder Installation — mains-pressure hot water throughout the property.
• Unvented Cylinder Service — the annual check that keeps it safe and the warranty valid. Never done alone — £174 with a boiler service, or included in the £240 heat pump service.
• Unvented Cylinder Repairs — expansion vessels, discharge valves, immersion heaters and thermostats.
• Unvented Cylinder Replacement — sized to your household's actual hot water demand.

Air Conditioning — by UberCool

F-Gas certified air conditioning for homes and businesses. Mini split and multi split systems only — we don't work on ducted systems at all.

Most modern split systems are air-to-air heat pumps, so the same unit heats as well as it cools — often more cheaply than an electric heater in a room the central heating never quite reaches.

• A/C Installation — wall-mounted mini split and multi split systems, sized and sited properly.
• A/C Servicing — annual service including filter cleaning, refrigerant checks and condensate clearance. £180 for a mini split, plus £60 for each extra indoor unit on a multi split. Commercial quoted on the scope of the job.
• A/C System Repair — fault diagnosis and repair, domestic and commercial. £240 covering the first hour.
• A/C Filter Replacement — filter cleaning and replacement to keep airflow, efficiency and air quality where they should be.
• Home Climate Control Consultations — a proper look at how your home heats and cools across the year, and what combination actually suits it. Useful before committing to a heat pump or air conditioning.
