We’re based in Wath upon Dearne and work across South Yorkshire, parts of West Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and North Derbyshire. Where you are affects what we charge, because a job forty minutes away costs us more in travel time than one ten minutes away.

We keep it simple — two bands. Find your postcode below.

All prices include VAT.

Prices apply from September 2026.

Servicing and safety

 StandardBand A
Annual boiler service£114£132
Boiler service including unvented cylinder£174£192
Annual gas safety certificate (CP12)£114£132
Service and safety package£186£204
Additional appliance (hob, oven, cooker)£42£42
Heat pump service£240£264
Air conditioning service (one indoor unit)£180£198
Each extra air conditioning indoor unit (multi split)£60£60
Air conditioning filter-only visit (plus filters)£114£132

Boiler servicing includes system water testing. Every visit comes with a 4-hour slot (8am to 12pm, 10am to 2pm or 12pm to 4pm); a set appointment time adds £30.

Heat pump and air conditioning servicing does not include refrigerant if it’s needed.

Air conditioning filters changed at a service cost the filters only, with no extra labour. We need the make and model to order them before the visit.

We don’t service back boilers or gas fires.

Diagnostics and repairs

Minimum charge covers up to an hour, then 15-minute increments.

Same-day attendance adds £30, as does a set appointment time instead of a standard 4-hour slot.

System flushes

Including up to 10 single-panel radiators and chemicals.

Double radiators count as 2, additional radiators quoted separately.

 StandardBand A
Mains flush£390£420
Magnetic flush£510£540
Power flush£750£780

Boiler Installation

New boilers supplied and installed from £2,200, the same in both rate bands. Every installation is quoted after a heat loss calculation (if required) – the figure above is a starting point, not a fixed price.

Replacing an existing boiler like for like? Get your exact price online in a few minutes, with no visit needed.

How We Quote

Minimum charge: Repairs and diagnostics carry a minimum charge covering the first hour, then 15-minute increments after that.

Materials: Parts are quoted separately from labour, at cost plus 20% (please see section 3 of our general terms). We’ll tell you the figure before we order anything.

When a job costs more than the list: A boiler service that needs a full strip-down clean takes about an hour and a half rather than thirty minutes, so the extra time and any parts are quoted on the day. Refrigerant on heat pump and air conditioning work is charged separately. Flushes covering more than ten radiators are quoted individually.

What we don’t do: Back boilers and gas fires. We also don’t offer out-of-hours or emergency callouts – our engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Areas we don't cover

We don’t currently work in Sheffield city centre and the inner city — S1, S2, S3 and S6. Access and parking make these jobs impractical for us, and we’d rather tell you now than waste your time.

We also don’t cover Dewsbury, Batley, Mirfield or Heckmondwike (WF12 to WF17), the Huddersfield districts (HD1 to HD7), or Leeds (any LS postcode). Our West Yorkshire work is Wakefield, the Five Towns, Hemsworth and the Holmfirth and Denby Dale area.

Not sure which band you're in?

Ring us on 07851 911574 with your postcode and we’ll tell you straight away. If you’re outside both lists we may still be able to help — just ask.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which band is my postcode in?

Standard rate covers Rotherham S60, S61, S62, S65 and S66, the Dearne Valley (S63 and S64), every Barnsley postcode from S70 to S75, Doncaster DN1, DN2, DN4, DN5, DN6 and DN12 North, Sheffield S4, S5, S9 and S35, and Hemsworth WF9. Band A is further out, with the same standard of work at a slightly higher rate, and takes in the rest of Sheffield we reach, Dinnington and Anston, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire, outer Doncaster, Gainsborough, Wakefield, the Five Towns and the Holmfirth and Denby Dale area. The full lists are above. If your postcode is on neither list, ring 07851 911574 and we will tell you straight away.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. Repairs and diagnostics carry a minimum charge covering the first hour, then 15-minute increments after that. Parts are quoted separately from labour, at cost plus 20 per cent, and we tell you the figure before we order anything.

Do I have to wait in all day for the engineer?

No. Every booking comes with a 4-hour slot, 8am to 12pm, 10am to 2pm or 12pm to 4pm, and we text you when the engineer is on the way. If you need us at a set time instead, that adds £30, and so does same-day attendance for a repair.
